Small Steps is about a boy named Armpit. He has a friend named X-ray that has an idea to scalp tickets for a lot of money. Kaira DeLeon is a pop music star. She and Theodore meet and they form a friendship. Armpit, his real name is Theodore, decides that he will try to make some money off of her concert when she comes to town.

Theodore becomes romantically involved with Kaira then they get in a fight. Then.....
